Passport Autofill is a professional browser productivity extension and agency management tool. Its single purpose is to enable authorized travel agencies, medical recruitment consultants, and visa service professionals to quickly and accurately fill passport biometric and applicant details into authorized online visa portals, medical appointment systems (such as Wafid/GAMCA), and travel booking forms.
We are firmly committed to user privacy, data security, and full compliance with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, including the Limited Use requirements.
Client-Side OCR Processing Priority
Passport OCR reading is performed directly inside your local browser runtime via WebAssembly / Tesseract OCR. Whenever visual text scanning runs, images are processed in volatile memory only for the duration of the field mapping session and are not permanently archived.
- No Sale of Data: We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade passport scans, applicant data, or personally identifiable information to third parties or brokers.
- No Ad Targeting: Personal passport data is never used for personalized advertising, credit scoring, or behavioral profiling.
- User Control: You have absolute authority over when the extension reads and inserts data. The extension only acts when you explicitly click "Scan This Page", "Upload Passport", or "Fill All Fields".
The extension requests the minimum necessary Chrome permissions to execute its core single purpose:
Allows the extension to read the structure of the currently focused tab and fill matched fields only when explicitly initiated by the user.
Required to inject lightweight field helper scripts into the active page DOM to locate input boxes, dropdowns, and date selectors.
Used to save local preferences locally on your machine, including UI theme (Dark/Light), language preference, and custom field mappings.
When creating an account on the web platform or extension, we collect:
- Email address: For authentication, security verification codes (OTP), and account notifications.
- Full name & Business Name: To identify your travel agency or enterprise workspace on the dashboard.
- Subscription & Quota logs: To monitor daily scan limits and plan entitlements.
All network transmissions are strictly encrypted via HTTPS / TLS 1.3. Access tokens are stored securely in browser storage and protected with industry-standard authorization mechanisms.
You retain complete control over your account. You have the right to:
- Access and export your profile and agency defaults at any time via the web dashboard.
- Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated metadata by contacting support.
- Clear all locally stored field configurations at any time from the extension options or by uninstalling the extension.
