By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Passport Autofill Chrome Extension, website, or associated APIs (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is designed specifically for registered travel agencies, overseas employment agencies, human resource recruitment consultants, and authorized booking managers.

• Applicant Consent: You represent and warrant that you hold legitimate authorization and consent from the passport holder to process their biometric and personal details for visa, medical, or travel bookings.
• Accuracy of Information: While our OCR parsing technology achieves high accuracy, you are strictly responsible for reviewing and verifying all autofilled information before final form submission on external portals.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Service to submit fraudulent applications, bypass website access restrictions, distribute malware, or violate applicable national and international laws.

Access to the Service may be provided via free trial, daily quota tiers, or paid subscription plans.

• Daily Quotas: Accounts are subject to daily scan limits based on the active plan assigned by administrators or purchased via subscription. Quotas reset automatically every 24 hours.
• Plan Activation: Subscription activations, upgrades, or customized agency limits can be managed via the Web Dashboard or by contacting authorized administrative support.
• Account Integrity: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring unauthorized parties do not access your session tokens.

Passport Autofill is an independent assistive productivity tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Wafid / GAMCA program, Enjaz portal, national immigration departments, or any foreign embassies or airlines.

External government websites and visa portals may alter their field layouts, captcha systems, or terms independently. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with external websites that modify their underlying DOM structures.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Passport Autofill or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from portal submission errors, visa rejections, expired passport data, or service downtime.
