Configuring Universal Form Autofill on Any Website
Passport Autofill is not hardcoded to a single portal. Using our browser side panel, you can configure field mappings for any embassy form, visa center, medical portal, or airline booking engine.
Open & Scan the Page
Navigate to your target form. Click the side panel icon and press "Scan This Page". The extension traverses the DOM tree to catalog all valid input elements.
Assign Attribute Mapping
Map each detected field to an applicant attribute (e.g. Passport Number, Given Name, Birth Date) or a saved default value (e.g. Contact Phone, Office City).
Save & 1-Click Fill
Save the configuration. Whenever you return to this domain, the extension detects the saved template. Add candidate data and click "Autofill Form".
Mastering the 5 Supported Data Input Modes
Operators encounter applicant data in diverse formats. Passport Autofill supports five distinct data ingestion pathways so you never have to re-type data manually.
1. Passport Image Upload & Drag-and-Drop
Upload high-resolution scans or smartphone photos in JPEG, PNG, or WebP. The built-in MRZ engine validates the Machine Readable Zone according to ICAO Doc 9303 specifications, reading two-line (TD3) and three-line (TD1) MRZ standards.
2. Direct Clipboard Image Paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V)
When receiving passport photos via WhatsApp Web, Telegram Desktop, or email threads, copy the image to your clipboard and simply press Ctrl+V inside the side panel. No need to download temporary files to your desktop.
3. Extracted Text Paste (Google Lens, Musaned, OCR Text)
If an applicant's passport was captured on a mobile device and parsed via Google Lens, or if candidate rows were exported from government labor portals like Musaned, paste the raw copied text block. The internal parsing heuristic extracts Given Name, Surname, Passport Number, Dates, and Sex into matching inputs.
4. Manual Input & Saved Defaults
Store fixed default values such as your contact phone, local sponsor details, and default destination cities in the Settings tab. These values automatically merge with applicant data during form filling.
Wafid Multi-Candidate Batch Workflow
For teams and users managing dozens of medical appointment registrations daily, the Wafid workflow groups multiple applicants into an organized queue.
Queue Multiple Candidates
Click "+ Add Candidate" to queue up to your daily scan allowance. Each candidate gets an individual status card.
Verify and Review Each Candidate
Expand each card to inspect extracted spelling, passport numbers, and appointment city choices before submitting.
Autofill and Appointment Submission
Click "Autofill Candidate" to populate the active Wafid tab. Upon submission, the generated appointment slip reference is linked back to that candidate card.
Individual Payment Link Retention
The generated payment gateway checkout link is captured and displayed directly on the candidate's card. Click "Open Checkout Tab" to complete payment in a separate browser tab without losing your place in the batch.
Payment Links, Separate Tabs & Auto-Pay
Form filling and financial checkout are intentionally segregated to maintain security, regulatory compliance, and operator verification.
Individual Candidate Payment Links
When Wafid generates an appointment payment request, the URL is saved with the candidate reference. Operators can copy the link, send it to a client for direct settlement, or open it in a separate browser tab to settle immediately with a payment card.
Optional Auto-Pay Execution
If enabled in Settings, the extension can assist in filling saved payment credentials when the checkout page opens. Auto-Pay respects 3D Secure / OTP verification steps mandated by issuing banks, allowing operators to complete authentication safely.
